These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website reliabilityeknow.world and the purchase and use of office activity plans and related products offered by Reliabilityeknow. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting reliabilityeknow.world, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing an office activity plan from Reliabilityeknow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. About Our Services

Reliabilityeknow provides curated office activity plans designed to improve workplace engagement, team connection, and office culture. Our products include digital facilitator guides, printable materials, activity calendars, and optional add-on services such as on-site facilitation and custom theme design. All products are intended for use by businesses, organisations, and their designated facilitators within office or workplace settings.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and features displayed on reliabilityeknow.world are accurate and current. Our three primary activity plan products are the Pulse Starter Pack at $289 NZD, the Momentum Quarter Plan at $749 NZD, and the Culture Annual Blueprint at $2,450 NZD, all prices inclusive of GST. Reliabilityeknow reserves the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and features at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders for office activity plans may be placed through our contact form, email, or phone. Upon receiving your order request, we will confirm availability, provide a final quote if customisation is requested, and issue an invoice for payment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Digital products will be delivered upon confirmed payment receipt.

5. Licence and Use of Materials

Upon purchase, Reliabilityeknow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the activity plan materials within your organisation for internal workplace engagement purposes. You may print facilitator guides, share materials with designated internal facilitators, and conduct activities with your team as described in the plan. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish our activity plan content without prior written consent from Reliabilityeknow.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on reliabilityeknow.world, including activity plan materials, facilitator guides, website design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Reliabilityeknow or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. The Reliabilityeknow name and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without express written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our office activity plans, you are responsible for ensuring activities are conducted safely and appropriately for your workplace environment. You must assess any physical activities for suitability given your office layout and team members abilities. Reliabilityeknow provides guidance and adaptation notes, but ultimate responsibility for safe facilitation rests with your designated activity leader. You agree not to use our materials for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage our reputation.

8. Support Services

Each activity plan includes a specified period of email support as detailed in the product description. Pulse Starter Pack includes fourteen days of support, Momentum Quarter Plan includes thirty days, and Culture Annual Blueprint includes priority support throughout the plan duration. Support covers questions about activity facilitation, materials usage, and plan customisation within the scope of your purchased product. On-site facilitation and custom theme design are separate add-on services subject to additional terms agreed at time of booking.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our office activity plans and website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Reliabilityeknow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific engagement outcomes, team performance improvements, or workplace culture changes resulting from use of our activity plans. Results depend on many factors including facilitation quality, team participation, and organisational context.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliabilityeknow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.

11. Consumer Guarantees

If you purchase office activity plans from Reliabilityeknow for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may not apply. If you purchase as a consumer for personal, domestic, or household use, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these terms. Our Return Policy provides additional information about refunds and exchanges for digital products.

12. Website Use

You agree to use reliabilityeknow.world only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the website, transmit harmful code, scrape content without permission, or use automated systems to access the site in a manner that exceeds reasonable use. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these provisions.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party services such as Google Maps for location display and Font Awesome for icons. Your use of these services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.
