Our Philosophy

We believe meaningful workplace engagement comes from activities that feel authentic, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable. Every concept passing through Culture Labs is evaluated against real office constraints before becoming part of a Reliabilityeknow plan.

Founded in Auckland

Based at Level 4/1 Kenwyn Street in Parnell, our team draws inspiration from the diverse workplaces across Auckland and wider New Zealand to create activity plans that resonate locally.

How We Develop Activities

Observe

We study how teams interact in different office settings to identify engagement gaps and opportunities.

Prototype

New activity concepts are tested in controlled sessions with volunteer office groups across Auckland.

Refine

Feedback from pilot sessions shapes timing, materials, and facilitator instructions for clearer session design.
